Discussion on the Educational Equipment and Intellectual Property

目前,教育装备的发展存在法律盲区,这与当今科技进步、社会发展极不适应.教学仪器设备作为智力成果,其研制开发、生产和销售越来越需要知识产权的保护.本文就教育装备与知识产权的关系作出阐述,并提出合理的建议.

At present, there are unrecognized areas in the educational equipment field. And this neglected areas are not adapted to today＇s science progress and social development at all. Teaching instrument being the result of intelligence and the process of intellect developing, it＇s required more and more protection of intellectual property. The article relates the relation between educational equipment and intellectual property, also brings forward some reasonable suggestion.
