摘要 HSQC-TOCSY技术对于具有若干独立直旋系统的复杂分子的结构解析有十分重要的作用。本文以从益母草(Leonurusheterophyllus Sweet)中分离得到的heteronoside为例说明HSQC-TOCSY技术在黄酮苷类中的应用,并对其13C,1H化学位移进行了明确的归属。 HSQC-TOCSY experiment is a usful 2D NMP, for elucidating structures of organic molecules that possess independent spin system. In this paper , heteronoside which has been isolated from Leonurus heterophyllus Sweet, are given to demonstrate the application of this technique to flavonoside . The ^13C and ^1H chemical shift of heteronoside were assigned accurately.
