后发展国家创新体系建设的两条道路与经验借鉴被引量：3

Two Paths and Experience for Building of National Innovation Systems of Latecomers

摘要按照国家创新体系分析框架的思路,后发展国家的经济发展就是把一个创新程度很低的传统体制转变成能够从内部产生新奇,并能动态地适应环境和高度创新的现代体系。本文认为,不同的机会窗口使后发展国家的创新体系建设分别走上了渐进式的或跨越式的发展道路。但无论对哪条道路而言,学习与创新都是创新体系建设的核心。
