摘要
辽宁大多数行业的劳动力价格弹性最近十几年来有明显的下降趋势,出现了经济增长对劳动力的排斥现象。为了增加就业和实现辽宁老工业基地的振兴,未来劳动力就业主要应配置在制造业、采掘业、建筑业和劳动力价格弹性为主的一些行业。
In the last ten years, the labor price ratio in most of the industries in Liaoning tends to decrease, and there appears the phenomenon that the economic growth repels the labor employment. In order to increase the job employment and realize the revival of the old industry base in Liaoning, the future labor employment should be mainly allocated to manufacturing, mining, and architecture.
