术前误诊的颅内动脉瘤六例报告

Preoperative misdiagnosis of intracranial aneurysm (report of 6 cases)

颅内动脉瘤术前确诊对于其手术治疗非常重要。目前ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ的普遍应用，对颅内肿瘤的定位多无困难，但少数不典型颅内动脉瘤术前仍有误诊。我们报道６例的术前误诊情况并对其原因及诊断措施进行探讨。

Preoperation diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm is very important. As the wide use of CT and MRI, it's not difficult to locate the brain tumors, but we usually neglect the preoperation diagnosis of the intracranial aneurysms.We reported six cases of misdiagnosed intracranial aneurysms craniotomy as brain tumors and search for the cause and the treatment of it.
