摘要 在产品回收活动中采取什么样的回收路线,才能降低回收成本是企业实施逆向物流的关键。回收路线的选择属于非线性规划问题,运用随机运筹中Markov决策规划的MDP模型,将逆向物流回收决策问题转化为有限阶段模型,用向后归纳法求解出最优策略,并运用节约矩阵法对回收路线进行优化。 How to reduce take-back cost by choosing proper route of product take-back is the key factor in implementing reverse logistics by enterprise. The choice of take-back route is a kind of nonlinear planning issue. By means of MOP model in Markov decision planning of random operation, the paper converts the take-back decision issue of reverse logistics to a limited stage model and then works out the optimal solution with backward induction. The paper then optimizes take-back route using saving matrix method.
