摘要
关节施灸膏是治疗风湿性关节炎的有效外用中药制剂。我们的实验研究表明：关节施灸膏对小鼠佐剂型关节炎及小鼠迟发型超敏反应有明显抑制作用，且能抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀，并有明显的镇痛作用。和对照组相比差异均有显著性Ｐ均＜０．０５，皮肤刺激试验表明，关节施灸膏外用对实验豚鼠无皮肤刺激姓反应。急性毒性实验表明，关节施灸膏外用无明显急性毒性反应。
The experimental study showed that Guanjie Shijougao (GJSJG)has obvi-ous inhibition to mouse's adjunvant arthritis and delayed hypersensitivity,and also can inhi-bit mouse's ear swelling due to xylence with good action of stopping pain,conrasted with thecontroi group,P<0. 05. the skin stumulating experiment showed that GJSJG has no stumu-lating reaction to guinea pig;The acute toxic experiment implyed that GJSJG has not obvi-ously acute toxic reaction for the external use.
