运动试验收缩压恢复比异常与最大ST/HR斜率对冠心病诊断价值的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 96例患者均接受冠脉造影和平板运动试验,评价运动后收缩压(SBP)恢复比、最大ST/HR斜率对冠心病的诊断价值。SBP恢复比对冠心病诊断的敏感性为63%、特异性为94%;最大ST/HR斜率对冠心病诊断的敏感性为71%、特异性为84%;综合两项指标可提高对冠心病诊断的敏感性、特异性(87%、97%)。提示运动试验SBP恢复比及最大ST/HR斜率均可独立作为诊断冠心病的阳性指标,两项指标的联合判断能提高对冠心病的诊断能力。
