摘要
根据南京市地铁开通的实际,提出了地铁运营中加强定额管理的必要性,进而对定额管理体系的建立进行了探讨。
This paper, based on the practice of Nanjing Metro trial operation, puts forward the need to exercise ration control on operation cost, and discusses the establishment of such a management system.
