双链RNA介导的转录后基因沉默及其在血液系统肿瘤中的应用

摘要 双链RNA(dsRNA)介导的转录后基因沉默(PTGS)普遍存在于生物界中。PTGS是通过向细胞内引入核酸为起始,激发dsRNA的产生、小干扰(siRNA)的形成和mRNA特异性降解,从而阻断蛋白质的翻译而引起的基因沉默。它具有特异、高效等特点。研究表明,PTGS与细胞的生长发育、维持遗传稳定性和抵抗外来核酸的入侵有关,故用于血液系统肿瘤病因、发生发展和治疗的研究具有重要的价值。
