慢性粒细胞白血病的细胞凋亡分子机制及临床治疗研究进展

摘要 慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)以染色体移位形成BCR/ABL融合基因为标志,编码的融合蛋白 P210BCR/ABL具有较强的蛋白酪氨酸激酶活性,可激活Ras-Raf-MAPK、STAT-Bcl-XL、PI3K-AKT、 NFκB等多条信号转导途径,直接或间接作用于细胞凋亡的开关——线粒体,使BCR/ABL阳性细胞耐受凋亡,导致肿瘤疾病发生。因此诱导凋亡是目前临床治疗慢性粒细胞白血病的重要方法之一,本文就慢性粒细胞白血病的细胞凋亡分子机制,以及在此基础上临床新近发展的一些治疗策略作一简述。
