摘要 介绍了一种基于CCD图像的微小零件几何尺寸测量系统;给出了利用数字图像处理技术进行几何尺寸非接触测量的方法,主要包括图像的采集、预处理、二值化、边缘检测及轮廓提取等,从而得到被测物体参数的精确结果,并对测量精度进行了分析。通过实例证明了该方法的可行性和正确性。 A new non-contact measurement system for micro size based on CCD image is put forward. The non-contact measurement principle for geometry of part using image measurement technology is introduced. The main measurement approaches include: image collecting, image pre-processing, image binaryzation, edge detection and system calibration etc. The system measuring micro accessory geometrical size by non-contact method are designed and ihe components of the system, the key technology and the actual measuring experiment are explained. The measurement precision is analyzed. The results of the practical measurement show: the method is correct and feasible.
