日本孤儿及中国家属之心理卫生协作科研（五）留华居住与移居日本之日裔及其中国家属的两年追踪比较

Cooperative studyon mental health issues of Japanese war orphans and their family members(V):Compari-son between groups remained in China and migrated to Japan

本文对日本孤儿及其中国配偶移居日本后个人的心理状态，家庭功能情况进行追踪调查，并与留华居住的日裔及配偶比较。结果显示移居组与留居组相比，精神症状量表得分略有增高，而家庭功能也略欠佳。此结果提示留华居住组，在两年先后调查期间没有心理卫生情况的变化，而移居日本生活组两年后仍未恢复原先的的心理状态。

In order to study the effects of transcultural migration on mental health adjustment,the groupof Japanese war orphans and their Chinese spouses who chose to remain in China was investigated by two-yearfollow-up studies with the same mothod for the group who chose to return(migrate)to Japan. The results re-vealed that,while the rema ing group did not show any change of individual or couple mental condition for thetwo-year peried of investigation,the migrated group did demonstrate that the mental health conditon for the in-dividual and spouse was affected by the process of transecultural migration and has not recovered yet after a two-year migration.
