日本孤儿及中国家属之心理卫生协作科研（六）日裔及其中国家属移居日本三年后家访面谈追踪结果

Cooperative study on mental health issues of Japanese war orphans and their family members(VI):Post-migration third-year home-visit follow-up study

为了研究日裔及其中国家属移居日本后之跨文化适应情况，除了进行阶段性追踪性量表调查之外，亦以家访面谈的方式选择十个家庭对象进行移居三年后的追踪访问，以深入的了解家庭成员与整个家庭的适应情况，其结果表明夫妻对移居的动机是否一致、家庭关系是否良好、成人的教育水平高低、能否找到适当的职业等因素都会影响移居后的适应情况。

In ouder to study the process of mental health adjustment after transcultural migration,in ad-dition to the prospective questionnaire survey conducted for a larger sample,a selected small sample of ten fami-lies was investigated intensively by home-visit follow-up interviews three years after their migration to Japan.These ten families were interviewed by the same investigator originally at the time of their entry to host societyof Japan co that a baseline for comparison was available. Detailed interview revealed that previous family relation-s,shared motivation for migration,level of adult's education,and the opportunity for obtaining a satisfying jobafter the migration are all the factors that contributed to the aduustment of the family after the transcultural mi-gration.
