摘要
动力分析是斯特林制冷机动力设计与调试实践中的关键一环。本文利用力的多边形描述了分置式斯特林制冷机中压缩活塞和排出器振子的运动方程,并将分析结果与实验结果进行对比,分析和讨论了分置式斯特林制冷机中重要的运行参数(如工作频率、固有频率、弹簧刚度、冷头温度、压缩腔和膨胀腔的PV功等)之间的相互影响。
Dynamic analysis plays an important role in the practice of dynamic design and development of Stifling cryocooler. This paper describes the equations of motion of compression piston and displacer in a split type Stifling cryocooler through the use of polygon of forces. The mutual influences among the key operating parameters (for example , operating frequency, natural frequency, spring constant, cold end temperature, PV power in compression space and expansion space) are analyzed and discussed by comparing the corresponding results with experimental results.
