Discussion on Patterns of Technological Supervision System for Drug Administration

本文系统分析了药品技术监督体系设置可供选择的模式以及每一种模式的利弊,对我国一直以来将技术监督与行政监督分开设置的模式提出质疑,探讨了我国药品技术监督体系设置的理想模式,并提出我国药品技术监督体系改革的具体设想。

The article systematically analyzed different patterns of technological supervision system in drug administration, and advantages and disadvantages of each pattern. On the basis of these, the authors questioned present setup which separating technological supervision system from administrative system, discussed possibly ideal patterns for perfect drug administration and provided a detailed plan for drug administration reform.
