气相色谱法测定除疤膏中冰片的含量

Determination of Borneol in Chuba Ointment by GC

建立除疤膏中冰片含量的气相色谱测定法.以乙醇为溶剂,用聚乙二醇-20M石英毛细管色谱柱,FID检测器,程序升温140℃维持9分钟,再以90℃ ·min-1升温至190℃维持20分钟,以萘为内标物测定.冰片在0.5～1.5μg进样量范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999), 方法回收率为102.83%,RSD=1.5%,n=9.该方法准确,灵敏,重现性好.

A GC method was established for the determination of borneol in Chuba ointment. The sample was dissolved in alcohol. A PEG-20M Sillica capillary column and FID detector were used. The column temperature was kept at 140℃ for 9 minutes and then risen at a rate of 90℃ · min^-1 to 190℃ and kept for 20 minutes. Naphthalene was used as internal standard substance for testing. A good linearity was obtained when the concentration of borneol was between 0. 5mg · m1^-1 and 1.5mg · ml^-1 （r=0. 9999）. The average recovery was 102.83% and RSD was 1.5% （n=9）. The method was accurate, sensitive and reproducible.
