摘要 本文系统介绍了与传统知识保护有关的国际研究报告、国际公约,以及泰国保护传统医药知识产权的专门法规,可供关注中医药知识产权保护的机构及人员参考。 Systemic introduction of international research reports and international treaties on protection of traditional knowledge was given in this article. And the specific regulations of such protection in Thailand were introduced in detail. People and organizations that concern intellectual property protection for traditional Chinese Medicine could use the information for reference.
