摘要
构建生态补偿机制是使环境与经济获得动态平衡,使我国获得可持续发展的重要途径。本文基于可持续发展观对生态补偿机制的作用进行了全面的阐述,并对如何构建生态补偿机制提出了相应的措施。
Constructing mechanism of eco-compensation is important for China to achieve the balance between environmental protection and economic development. Base on the concept of sustainable development, this article illustrates the function of eco-compensation and puts forward the relative countermeasures for constructing mechanism of eco-compensation.
