常州制造业循环经济建设研究

Study on Circulation Economy of Changzhou Manufacturing Industry

本文首先阐述了制造业循环经济建设的内涵,然后在分析常州市制造业增长付出的资源和环境代价的基础上,提出了常州市制造业循环经济建设的对策,即紧抓“减量化”原则,实现竞争理念和增长方式两个转变,并侧重清洁生产实施、工业园区整合和产业结构调整三个层面。

In this paper, the key of circulation economy in manufacturing industry was given. The cost of environment and resource with the increasing of Changzhou manufacturing industry was analyzed. The strategies to realize circulation economy of Changzhou manufacturing industry were proposed as follows： Firstly, emphasizing a key of reducing. Secondly, achieving the updating of competition idea and increasing style. Thirdly, focusing on clean production implementation, industry park conformity and the industrial structure upgrade.
