老年急性缺血性脑卒中患者QTc离散度的检测

QTc dispertion test in elderly patients with acute ischemic stroke

目的:探讨老年急性缺血性脑卒中患者QTc离散度(QTcd)的变化。方法:测量72例老年急性缺血性脑卒中患者12导联同步心电图的QTcd并与对照组比较。结果:老年脑卒中组QTcd显著高于正常对照组,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:QTcd可作为老年急性缺血性脑卒中患者心电监测的重要指标。

Objective To study the change of QTc dispersion （QTcd） in elderly patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods QTcd was measured on simultaneous 12-lead ECGs in 72 elderly patients with acute ischemic stroke and 72 normal controls. The results were compared between the groups. Result QTcd was higher in elderly patients with stroke than in normal controls （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion QTcd serves as an indicator for monitoring electrocardiogram in elderly patients with acute ischemic stroke.
