南昆线煤炭专列装车作业组织现状分析及提效建议

Analyzing the Current Situation of the Loading Organization of Coal Special Trains on Nankun Railway and the Suggestions on Improving Efficiency

南昆线年运输能力已接近其年设计能力,实施内部挖潜扩能势在必行。车站货场如果能够压缩装车作业时间,提高装车作业效率,对挖掘货场潜能、加速货车周转、适应挖潜扩能十分重要。通过在南昆线煤炭运量较大的兴义、郑屯、清水河西和安龙等车站开展现场专题调研,对煤炭专列装车作业组织现状进行分析,就提效扩能提出若干建议。

The annual traffic volume on Nankun railway is approaching its targeted capacity. It is necessary to exploit its potential capacity. Shortening the loading time at stations and freight yards and improving the operation efficiency of car loading are very important for us to exploit the potential capacity of freight yards and accelerate the turnround of freight cars in order to excavate the potential capacity and enlarge the traffic volume. By investigating and studying the stations on Nankun railway such as Xingyi, Zhengtun, Qingshuihe West, Anlong etc. that handle bigger coal traffic volume, the authors analyze the current situation of the loading organization of coal special trains and then give several suggestions on improving efficiency and enlarging capacity.
