半波式电磁轭组合了交流和直流电磁轭的优点。交叉半波式电磁轭可实现全方位探伤且连续可调、灵敏度高、能耗低、体积小。其提升力-F不是磁场强度峰值Bm的单值函数,因而不能反映电磁轭对工件的磁化能力,更不能反映其磁粉探伤灵敏度。
Half-wave yoke combined the advantages of both alternative current yoke and direct current yoke. Cross half-wave yoke could realize all-round inspection and could be adjusted continuously, which was high in sensitivity, low in energy and small in size. The lifting power F of half-wave yoke was not simply related to magnetic field strength Bm, so it could not show the capability of the yoke to magnetize the piece tested and magnetic particle testing sensitivity.
