大豆对两个大豆花叶病毒本地株系抗性的遗传研究 被引量:17

摘要 本试验用5个抗病材料与3个丰产感病品种共配制10个杂交组合。对各组合 F_1、F_2、F_3或 BC_1世代进行了抗性鉴定,结果表明:(1)AGS-9对 S_A 或 S_C 的抗性受单个显性基因控制,不受母本细胞质的影响;(2)广吉、AGS-9、大白麻中,抗 S_A 的基因具等位性,广吉、AGS-9、徐州424、兖黄1号中,抗 S_C 的基因亦具等位性,(3)广吉 AGS-9中,抗 S_A 的基因与抗 S_C 的基因相互连锁,其重组值为15.1±2.651%;(4)AGS-9中,抗 S_A 或 S_C 基因与控制下胚轴颜色、叶形及茸毛色等各基因呈独立贵遗传。 Five soybean(Glycine max(L.)Merr.)cultivars,previously identified as resistantto Soybean Mosaic Virus(SMV)and three susceptible cultivars were used for studyingthe inheritance of resistance to two local SMV strains S_A and/or S_C and the allelism be-tween genes which control the resistance to S_A or S_C in various resistant soybeancultivars.The study was also with purpose of determining whether the resistance to S_A andS_C in soybean cultivars,Kwanggyo and AGS-9,was due to one gene or two differentgenes.Since each F_2 plant could be used to determine the response to only one SMVstrain,seeds from individual F_2 plants from crosses“1138-2×Kwanggyo”and“493-1×AGS-9”were randomly divided into two parts for planting in twonetted nurseries.The plants in each nursery were inoculated with a different SMV strainS_A or S_C.The net-grown and greenhouse-grown F_1,F_2,and F_3 populations of othercroses were inoculated twice at different stages with S_A or S_C.The results were as follows;(1)The resistance to S_A or S_C in soybean cultivar AGS-9 was controlled by a singledominant gene;the reciprocal cross between 1138-2 and AGS-9 showed no cytoplasmiceffect on resistance to S_C.(2)The genes of resistance to S_A in AGS-9,Kwanggyo,Dabeima and to S_C in:AGS-9,Kwanggyo,Xuzhou 424,Yanhuangyihao were at thesame loci.(3)The resistance to S_A and S_C in AGS-9,and Kwanggyo was conditionedby two linked genes with 15.1±2.65(%)recombination probability.(4)The hypocotylcolour,leaflet shape,pubescence colour and resistance to S_A and/or S_C were inherited in-dependently and monogenically with purple hypocotyl colour,broad leaflet shape,tawnypubescence colour and resistance to S_A or S_C being dominant.
