摘要 介绍声发射信号技术的机理,研究用声发射检测滚动轴承故障的方法。把声发射信号与振动信号作对比,通过高通滤波后再进行包络解调,结果表明声发射信号可以较早地诊断出故障,抗干扰性好。而且经过信号处理之后,声发射信号分析的频率比较单纯,能够很简单地判断出故障部位。 On the basis of analyzing the mechanism of acoustic emission(AE) and its signal processing, the fault diagnosing method for rolling bearing was studied. The AE signals from rolling bearing were processed by high-pass filter and demodulation and compared with vibration signals. The results of experiments proved that acoustic emission technique was feasible for fault diagnosis of rolling bearing.
