膝关节部开放性骨折的治疗

Treatment of Open Fracture in Knee Joint

作者近5年收治15例膝关节部开放性骨折,均一期清创内固定,经8个月～5年随访,关节功能优5例,良5例,可3例,差2例.讨论中强调彻底清创,骨折内固定时应保证关节面的平整对合,并一期修复其它软组织损伤,关节内放置待续冲洗引流管,对防治膝关节的感染起到重要作用,早期功能锻炼有利于膝关节功能的恢复.

From 1989 to 1994,15 cases of open fracture in knee joint were treated with initial debridement and internal fixation. Follow -up for 8 months to 5 years,the results were excellent in 5 cases,good in 5 cases,fair in 3 cases,poor in 2 cases. We put emphasis on debridement keeping the articular surface smooth as interal fixation,initial repair of the injuried soft tissue. It is important for protecting against or treating infections to set continued duct-drainage-tube inside the joint. Early functional exercises are benefitial to function restoreing of the joint.
