非金属矿在MDI型聚氨酯场地铺面材料中的应用

Study on Application of Non-metallic Minerals in MDI Type Polyurethan e Paving Material

探讨了滑石粉、陶土、白炭黑等非金属矿材料在运动场所使用的MDI型聚氨酯铺面材料中的应用。结果表明,由该类材料所制备的塑胶跑道不含甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、铅和汞等毒害物质,消除了这些毒物在生产和使用过程中的污染和危害。样品性能达到GB/T14833-93《塑胶跑道》标准。

The application of the non-metallic minerals substances such as talc powder, pottery clay and white carbon to MDI type polyurethane paving material used in playground is ~tudied. The results show that there are no poisonous substances such as TDI, Pb and Hg in this new material, so it can eliminate the poison of these substances in the preparation and uses of the polyurethane synthetic-rubber sports tracks. Its properties can satisfy the demands of Chinese national standard of GB/TI4833-93《Synthetic-Rubber Sports Track》.
