小麦基因型及2,4-D浓度对小麦与玉米杂种成胚率的影响 被引量:3

摘要 杀配子染色体材料的部分杂种配子生活力会大幅度下降,这一特性是否会影响杂种材料与玉米的杂种成胚率有待研究。利用杀配子染色体材料的杂交后代不同基因型小麦材料(母本)与滇超甜2号玉米(父本)杂交,得到了623粒杂种。经杀配子染色体处理的3种不同基因型小麦,DS,KS,BS,与滇超甜2号的杂种成胚率在21.95%,25.63%,25.50%之间,杂种成胚率方差无显著差异。该结果表明在杀配子染色体材料的杂交后代与玉米杂交工作中,可根据实际情况选择不同基因型小麦作母本。4种浓度的2,4-D(10 mg/L,50 mg/L,120 mg/L,160 mg/L)均对杂种幼胚的形成或发育具有一定促进作用。方差分析结果表明4种2,4-D浓度对杂种成胚率有极显著影响,2,4-D的最佳浓度为120 mg/L,对应的杂种成胚率为38.22%。 The gamete of hybrid from the materials with gametocide chromosome 2C has lower ability in live, but it is not clear whether the speciality can effect the rate of the immature embryos from the hybrids and super sweat corn. Through crossing between three wheat materials (female parent), and super sweat corn, dianchaotian 2 (father parent) ,623 hybrid have obtained, these wheat materials were hybrid progeny of Chinese Spring with 2C chromosome and planted in summer, the percentage of immature embryos of hybrid from three wheat materials, DS, KS, BS, crossed with dianchaotian 2 is respectively 21.95%, 25.63%, 25.50%, and the variance between percentage is not dominant in statistics. this result shows that hybrid progeny of Chinese Spring with 2C chromosome in practical work can be all used as famele parent crossed with super corn. The consistence of 2,4-D employed in our experiment is respectively 10 mg/L,50 mg/L, 120 mg/L, 150 rag/L, the 2,4-D with different consistence has all different help in development of immature embryos, but their effect is respectively dominant instatistics at the level of 1%, and the best consistence of 2,4-D in helping immature embryos develop is 120 mg/L, and the percentage of immature embryos used the consistence of 2,4-D was 38.22%.
