不同剂量毫米波对兔眼角膜的损伤效应及阈值探讨 被引量:8

摘要 采用35GHz毫米波在4种不同功率密度条件下辐照兔眼,通过裂隙灯活体显微镜:光镜及电镜观察,发现5mw/cm2的毫米波对角膜无损伤效应,35mw/cm2时,损伤较明显,造成角膜损伤的阈值为15~25mW/cm2。 in the study, the millimeter wave with 35mW/cm2, 25mW/cm2, 15mW/cm2 and srnW/cm2 was separately irradiated to rabbits' eye to examine their damage degree by the slit lamp, light microscope and electron microscope. The result showed that no cornea was injured in millimeter wave irradiation with 5mW/cm2. With the 35mW/cm2 irradiation, the cornea damage was apparent. Our study indicates that the thrsehold of cornea damage was between the 15mW/cm2 and 25mW/cm2.
