摘要
针对组织网络化后各项目组存在的过剩任务和过剩人力资源的平衡问题,提出了基于多Agent且具备两种工作模式的人力资源再分配系统.在描述系统结构的基础上,研究了协商算法,改进了多标准的协商协议,并引入了A gent结盟机制.最后运用实例说明了多标准协商Agent之间如何通过结盟进行协商并最终获取最佳方案.
For the balance problem of the “surplus resource” and “surplus tasks” among a group of project units, a computer system with two working modes responsible for human resource redistribution to realize the dynamic load balance is presented. The system architecture is based on intelligent agents. The overall multi-agent system architecture is presented and the employed techniques are explained, with emphasis on the specific multl-crlterla negotiation and agent coalition formation protocols. In order to support the particularities of the application, the multl-criteria coalition negotiation algorithms and strategies are developed. Finally, an application example is given to illustrate the reached solution for a concrete scenario.
