摘要
主要研究了β,β′-联萘酚(BINOL)的合成与拆分。由FeCl3催化氧化偶联2-萘酚得到了外消旋的联萘酚,辛 可尼定与氯苄反应得到拆分剂氯化(8S,9R)-(一)-N-苄基辛可尼定。二者在乙酸丁酯中反应拆分得到左旋和右旋的β, β′-联萘酚。实验采用了常规和微波诱导两种方法,通过实验结果对比,微波辐射方法的反应时间比常规方法有了非常明 显的缩短,减少到了原来的1/12,而产品收率提高了10%左右。
The synthesis of β,β′-binaphthol(BINOL) and its optical resolution are studied. The oxidative coupling of 2-naphthols suspended in aqueous solution containing Fe^3+ , the optical resolution of BINOL has been made with (8S, 9R)-(-)-N-benzylcin choninium chloride under butyl acetate. The results under traditional condition and microwave radiation are compared, the method of microwave radiation can highly shorten the reaction time about 11/12,and can improve the output efficiency nearly 10%.
