当前,社会学在构建社会主义和谐社会中的重要作用已经被着重提了出来,社会学工作的主要任务应当是发扬深入实际调查研究的优良传统,运用社会学特有的记述功能,把中国近二十年的社会大变迁记录下来,通过调查和分析当前中国的社会阶层结构、城乡结构、人口结构、就业结构、区域结构、社会组织结构,从社会结构的角度提出化解和谐社会构建中各种问题的对策建议,在社会学工作的实践中,加强学科建设,培养和壮大队伍,逐渐建立起中国的社会学派。

Through the investigation and analysis of China＇s class, city, country, population, employment, region, social Organization, various suggestions will be put forward to solve the problems.
