双氯酚酸钠栓在骨科术后镇痛的效果观察

Diclofenac Sodium Suppositories in Orthopedics Postoperative Analgesia

目的:研究双氯酚酸钠栓在骨科手术后的镇痛效果.方法:将140例患者随机分为两组,实验组70例用双氯酚酸钠栓50 mg塞肛;对照组70例用杜冷丁50 mg肌注.结果:镇痛效果上,实验组与对照组无显著差异;副作用上,实验组与对照组比较,实验组呕吐、排尿困难明显减少.结论:双氯酚酸钠栓用于骨科手术后镇痛效果确切,副作用少.

Treating 140 patients in two groups in two approaches. One is anal stuffing 50 mg diclofenac sodium suppository; the other is muscle injecting 50 mg pethidine. The result shows that there is no striking difference between the groups. And the side effects resulted from the experiment group seem better than the treated group.
