川崎病的早期诊断及临床分析

Clinical analysis of Kawasaki disease in 15 patients

目的探讨小儿川崎病的临床特点。方法对15例川崎病的临床表现和辅助检查及诊疗过程进行分析。结果15例中男女比例为2.75∶1,临床表现发热100%,皮疹和唇红干裂杨梅舌各为86.6%,球结膜充血和肛周皮肤潮红及脱皮均为80%,颈淋巴结肿大、手足硬肿、指(趾)端脱皮均为73.3%。心脏彩色多普勒异常40%。结论加强对川崎病的警惕,争取早诊断,早治疗。

Objective To review the cares of Kawasaki disease （KD） and analyze the clinical features. Methods Totally 15 patients with KD were hospitalized.Their clinical features and aided examination as well as treatment were analyzed. Results Among the 15 KD patients, the male - female ratio was 2.75 ： 1. The most common clinical features were fever, skin rash and oral changement （lip scarlet and laceration, red bayberry tongue） ; bulbar conjunctiva congest and perianal aglow, ecdysis; cenvico- lymphaden intumscence and extremity changement （intumesceace of hand and foot ecdysiasts）; distend of coronary arteries. The incidences of them are： 100%, 86.6%, 80%, and 73.3 %. The incidence of possible heart disease is 40 %. Conclusion High diagnostic suspicion should be noticed in patients with KD. Diagnose and treatment should be taken as early as possible.
