宁夏首例HIV-1/2型混合感染者的实验室诊断

The laboratory diagnosis on the first HIV-1/2 mixture infection in Ningxia

目的对筛查HIV呈阳性的标本进行实验室最终确认。方法采用两种酶联免疫试剂对标本进行HIV抗体检测,结果呈阳性的标本,再使用免疫印迹试剂对HIV抗体进行最终确认。结果标本筛查和复检试验均呈阳性,使用免疫印迹试剂分别检测到9条HIV-1型特异性抗体条带和6条HIV-2型特异性抗体条带。结论此份标本为HIV-1型阳性和HIV-2型血清学阳性,在宁夏首次发现HIV-1/2型混合感染者。

Objective To confirm positive screening specimen finally in laboratory. Methods HIV antibody of specimen was detected by using two ELISA reagents.The specimen which HW antibodies were positive was confimed by using WB reagent. Results The results of specimen were all positive in the screening and rescreening tests. 9 specific antibody bands to HIV - 1 and 6 specific antibody bands to HIV - 2 were detected by using WB reagents. Conclusion The specimen was HIV- 1 and HIV- 2 positive. It was first time to find HIV- 1/2 mixture infection in Ningxia.
