LDL及HDL对内皮细胞血栓调节蛋白mRNA表达的影响

The Effects of LDL and the Expressions of Thrombomodulin mRNA in Endothelial Cells

研究ＬＤＬ及ＨＤＬ对血管内皮细胞血栓调节蛋白ｍＲＮＡ表达的影响。利用ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ技术的敏感性，研究分析在各种浓度ＬＤＬ及ＨＤＬ刺激下对牛内皮细胞血栓调节蛋白ｍＲＮＡ表达的影响。结果表明，ＬＤＬ能使ＴＭ－ｍＲＮＡ表达上升，ＬＤＬ和ＨＤＬ浓度的变化对ＴＭ－ｍＲＮＡ的表达均没有影响，而ＨＤＬ与正常对照组相比无明显变化，但ＨＤＬ具有抑制ＬＤＬ促使ＴＭ－ｍＲＮＡ表达的作用。

The purpose of this paper is to study the effects of LDL and HDL on the expression of thrombomodulin (TM) mRNA in bovine endothelial cells. We investigated the effect of different kinds of LDL and HDL in various concentrations,by using the sensitivity of RT-PCR. It showed that LDL increased the levels of TM mRNA expression but without a dose-dependent pattern while HDL had no effect.It also showed that HDL inhibted the up-regulated effects of LDL on TM mRNA expressions while endothelial cells were incubated with the both lipoproteins together.
