论我国民营企业低生命周期的原因及对策

经过20多年的发展,我国民营企业已成为社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,但由于内部机制及管理等多方面的原因,民营企业也存在着致命的缺陷,致使目前民营企业的生命周期较短,呈现出速生速死的现象。民营企业如何在日趋激烈的竞争环境中求得生存并走向持续发展,这是摆在每个民营企业面前的重要课题。本文分析了民营企业低生命周期的原因,并针对这些原因提出了延长民营企业生命周期的对策。

The private enterprise in our country has become an important part of social market economy after twenty years＇ development. The private enterprise has deadly limitations that make private enterprise＇s life cycle rather short. How to make private enterprise survive and develop prosperously is an important task. The article analyses the causes of short life cycle of private enterprise and brings forward some countermeasures to prolong the private enterprise＇ s life cycle.
