老年重症脑血管病长期管饲的营养与护理 被引量：1

摘要 老年重症脑血管患者因不能自行进食,易引起不同程度的营养不良,因此需要长期管饲给予营养治疗,维持生命的基本需要,促进健康恢复,防止营养不良而引起的病理生理功能紊乱影响疾病的治疗和预后.从1998年～2004年共收治24例因重症脑血管病长期卧床管饲的患者,由于我们不断的进行营养探讨和精心护理,无1例发生营养不良而导致死亡,现将护理体会报告如下.
