摘要
二硅化钼室温脆性、低高温强度以及低温“pesting”现象限制了其实际应用,采用复合化和合金化方式可以改善其强度和韧性。评述了各种增强体对二硅化钼材料低高温氧化行为的影响和二硅化钼作为防氧化涂层时的高温抗氧化性能,在此基础上指出了今后二硅化钼及其复合材料氧化行为的研究重点和方向。
Some problems of MoSi2 such as room temperature brittle, low-temperature “pesting”and hightemperature creep, limit its practical application. The paper reviews recent research results about the oxidation behaw ior of MoSi2-based composites reinforced and toughed with the second phase and alloyed with elements, and discusses the oxidation behavior as the coating put forward. On these bases, some proposals for the oxidation research of MoSi2 are suggested.
