聚醚-壳聚糖水凝胶合成工艺条件对性能的影响研究 被引量:5

The Effects of the Preparation Conditions of Polyether-chitosan Hydrogel on Its Properties

摘要 研究了聚醚-壳聚糖水凝胶的制备方法,聚醚与壳聚糖质量比、凝胶温度、交联剂戊二醛浓度等对聚醚-壳聚糖水凝胶的溶胀度、硬度的影响。采用正交实验对工艺条件进行了优化,正交实验的结果表明:当聚醚与壳聚糖质量比为0.4、凝胶温度为45℃、交联剂浓度为0.05mol/L 时,其凝胶饱和溶胀度为837%;当聚醚与壳聚糖质量比为0.6、凝胶温度为45℃、交联剂浓度为0.15mol/L 时,其凝胶硬度为436g。聚醚-壳聚糖水凝胶具有良好的生物相容性。 Polyether-chitosan hydrogel is synthesized and the effects of the mass ratio of polyether and chitosan,temperature, the concentration of crosslinker on swelling ratio and hardness are studied and optimized by using orthogonal experimetnal method. The results show that the swelling ration of hydrogel is 837% at a polyether to chitosan ration of 0. 4, a temperature of 45 ℃, a concentration of crosslinker of 0. 05 mol/L and the hardness of hydrogel is 436g when gelled at 45℃ with a polyether to chitosan ration of 0. 6, and a concentration of crosslinker of 1.5mol/ L. Polyether-chitosan hydrogel has good biocompatibility.
