VALUE NEUTRALITY IN THE PRACTICE OF PLANNER UNDER THE HARMONIOUS VIEW

在社会转型期,构建和谐社会成为发展主题,一些规划师却遇到现实困境并出现价值偏离。在此背景下,本文通过对规划师的职业价值伦理和执业价值中立的阐述分析,提出基于技术、公平公正、公平与效率的价值中立执业导向,纠正价值偏离,走出困境,促进和谐。

In the transitional period, it is the theme of the development to establish a harmonious society. But some planners run into predicament and deviate from value. Under this background, by analyzing planners＇ professional ethics and value neutrality in practice, this paper presents the direction of value neutrality on the basis of technology, impartiality and justness, impartiality and efficiency, so as to correct the deviating value, extricate planners from the plight and promote the harmonious development.
