This text analyses the drawback existed in library-supplier-publishing house mode in traditional university library acquisition work. According to the trend of pluralistic channel of book issue at present, puts forward a new kind of acquisition mode, namely library-publishing house cooperative way, and explores the necessity, advantages possessed and deficiency of launching this cooperative mode thoroughly.
