Overseas Management of Defective Product Recalls

对缺陷产品进行召回管理是欧洲一些国家及美国、日本的普遍做法。在召回管理中,政府和企业是召回行 动的监督管理者和实施者。界定了与召回管理相关的基本概念,从政府如何进行行政管理和企业如何实施召回过 程这样两个角度,研究了国外缺陷产品管理机制,从而为我国缺陷产品召回管理的实施提供参考。

It＇ s popular in America, Japan and European countries to manage recalls of defective products. In recalls, government and enterprises are supervisor and executors, respectively. This paper first discusses the basic definitions of recalls,and then studies the mechanism of managing defective product recalls from aspects of government＇ s administrative regulations and enterprises＇ recall management. We hope this paper can be a reference to the implementation of managing recalls in China.
