环境公平理论及其对我国可持续发展的启示

Theories of Environmental Equity and the Inspirations to Sustainable Development of China

环境公平是实现可持续发展的重要原则。由于全球资源面临耗竭,环境日益恶化,国内外纷纷开展对环境 公平的理论研究。介绍了国内外专家学者提出的一些环境公平理论和国外的实践情况,主要从代内公平、代际公 平的角度,针对享有资源的权利和保护环境的义务之间的对等原则展开讨论,并结合实际情况,提出我国环境可持 续发展的几点建议。

Environmental equity is the chief principle of sustainable development. Because the resources in the world is exhausting and the environment becomes deteriorated, the research about environmental equity has been developed in many countries. This paper discusses some environmental equity theories and practice, which is put forward by foreign specialists, including intragenerational equity and intergenerational equity. The theories aim at the right of taking possession of resources, and the obligation of protecting environment between generations. On the basis of specific situation of China, this paper puts forward several proposals about sustainable development for China.
