西部民族地区生态移民发展对策研究

A Study of Countermeasures on Zoological Migration Development of China's West Minorities

文章分析了西部民族地区生态移民的现状及存在问题;提出了生态移民与可持续发展的模式和坚持原则,以及坚持人口集中、产业发展、城镇建设三位一体的发展思路,加强迁出地和迁入地建设,防止移民中的民族文化变异,建立政策引导、项目带动、社会参与、企业介入、移民开发运行机制等发展对策。

This paper analyzes the presentation and existing problem of zoological migration development of China＇ s west minorities. Also, the pattern and principle of zoological migration and sustainable development and the thought of development viewed from three perspective including collecting population, developing property and constructing town are brought forward. Those countermeasures of it embrace enhancing the construction of the areas of emigration and immigration, preventing the national culture in migration from differentiating and establishing mechanism of function such as policy steering, item driving, society participating and enterprise intervening and migration exploring and so on.
