从宁夏华西村现状看吊庄乡镇企业发展道路的选择

Prediction of the Future Development of the Whole Village Resettlement Through the Current Status of Ningxia Huaxi Village

为解决贫困地区的脱贫问题,自1995年开始,宁夏进行了移民吊庄工作的具体实施,组建了宁夏华西村。经过几年的发展,吊庄移民的整体生活水平有了很大改观,经济也有了较大发展。但同时,还存在着一些影响其未来发展的潜在问题。文章着重分析了吊庄乡镇企业的发展现状、存在的问题及其原因,并提出了相应的对策与建议。

In order to solve the problem of getting out of poverty in the impoverished areas, Ningxia has been implementing the whole village resettlement projects since 1995 and established Ningxia Huaxi Village. After several years＇development, the overall living standard of the resettled villages has been improving to a great extent and its economy has obtained certain development. However, there still exist some potential problems at the same time, which will affect the future development of the village. As one of the sub - reports of the subject, the article analyzes the reasons of these problems from the development status of the township business of the resettled villages, and set forth the corresponding measures and suggestions. Hopefully these suggestions could play certain roles for poverty elimination and further development of resettled villages in the later practice.
