摘要
购买优惠商品能否享受售后服务,一直是近年来商品买卖活动中争论不休的问题,本文通过比较的方法,从法理的角度分析,提出保护消费者权利的理由和建议。
It is a controversial argument recently on whether the confessional preferential can be serviced after being sold. By comparison from the perspective of the theories of laws, the thesis put forward the reasons and suggestions for protecting consumers.
