Around the Nay 4^th Movement of 1919,spreading of concept of scientific went beyond its definition from start, which was deemed as not prop of values and guarantee of substance but behavior of politics and culture,and was portrayed as a cogent system of iseology under the confrmity between tradition and reality and political conflict.
