浅论农民是中等收入群体扩展的主体

Discussing Briefly Farmers as the Main Body of Moderate Income Extension

农民的数量特征、现实处境和经济地位决定了农民成为中等收入群体扩展的主体。农民向中等收入群体的扩展过程受到经济、国情、农民素质和体制等因素的制约。现阶段,推动农民成为中等收入群体扩展主体的可行路径,应当从保护农民合法权益、拓展农民生活空间、完善农业扶持机制、建立农村救济体系四个方面来铺设。

Farmers＇ quantitive feature, their realistic living environment and their economic status determine farmers as the main body of moderate income extension. The extension process in which farmers progress into moderate income group is restricted by economy, national conditions and farmers＇ quality. In the current stage, the possible route to push farmers to move to moderate income group is that we should protect farmers＇ lawful rights, expand farmers＇ living space, perfect agriculture-supporting mechanism and set up the rural welfare system.
