对流式电泳装置成功地将DNA片断进行分离和置备,结果表明其分离效果同板式电泳装置,但同时可对所有组分进行定量分析和回收。

Fragment of DNA have been successful isolated and prepared through convection electrophoresis, the results show that it has same effect with that of eleetrophoresis .The quantitative analysis and recover can be done for all composition through the device.
